If you used a free shipping code when placing your order and decide to return your full order, £3.99 will be deducted from the total. Please use the ‘Contact us’ form on the website to arrange a return. Your form will be answered to within 48 hours with the full returns address and any other information needed. We have a 2 week return policy. your 2 weeks starts on the date you receive your item. All Returns are processed and your store credit code will be sent to the email used on the ‘contact us’ form Summers Boutique will be only offering refunds in the form of STORE CREDIT. This goes for both full price and sale items. Summers Boutique hold the rights to reject any items that do not meet requirements. On the rare occasion your item/s isnt approved you will have to pay the returns postage back to you and it will be held untill we receive payment.  Summers Boutique hold no responsibility if any return parcels do go missing on the way back to us.
